Barefoot Therapist Training

In my journey in to holistic therapies I have experienced a range of teaching styles as both a learner and a tutor. This experience has made me very passionate about providing quality training, focusing on practical skills in a way which leads to confidence in therapy skills.
At Barefoot Therapist Training, we firmly believe in a training approach that is practical and focused. We understand the importance of repetition in building muscle memory, facilitating treatment flow, and instilling confidence in technique and style. By requiring a minimum level 3 qualification in body massage or its equivalent, we ensure that our learners already possess a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology. They are also well-versed in consultation skills and experienced in hands-on practice. This prerequisite allows us to create courses that are laser-focused on mastering the art of Thai Massage. We take pride in our down-to-earth training style, which provides a solid and reliable foundation for your journey into the world of Thai Massage. With this newfound knowledge and expertise, you will be able to confidently offer this unique and amazing experience as part of your diverse range of treatments.

As Barefoot Therapist Training grows, we aim to build a community of bodyworkers, supporting each other during the learning process and beyond, with events in the future for treatment exchanges, developing skills, learning new ones, exchanging treatments and understanding the demands of the job.

Barefoot Therapist Training is committed to providing quality skills for your practice.

“I love my job, I get to help people feel better every day, I also love sharing my skills and knowledge with other therapists, watching them fall in love with my favourite treatments”
